I notice that the NZ BFL site says that I am to buy a starter pack to get a BFL entry form, a couple of questions;

1 - Is there no other way that I can get an entry form? ( I know previously you could just get one)

2 - Is it possible to start my 12 weeks without the entry pack (financial reasons)? and if so, how do they know when you started the challenge

just like to check in and say ive just ticked off one of my after body for life 12 weeks goals(to climb a mountain before i turn 50.

-just returned from climbing Mt hikurangi. we got hail rain wind severe sun and even a sprinkling of snow on the way up.

got to just below summit(the trig) through the rock slide chute.turned back through high wind gusts.
<br>

so will be returning to climb on my 50th next year.

Third time lucky maybe... tried before and lost everything!

37, single mum, wake up hit the gym type of person. Easier to start the day this way than try and fit it between work and life. Train with a trainer once a
week. He actually put me onto BFL and now will probably regret it...lol... all the questions I&#39;ve been asking him. Don&#39;t train the BFL way, but
definitely eating that way.
