			<description><![CDATA[ Ok I&#39;m back, put on a lot of weight (about 10kg from last competition weight) and really sick of the harsh diets I got put on by trainers who basically
have screwed my metabolism and ended up training and dieting like a maniac, going nowhere, and just gaining weight. I must say from my first BFL in 2007 I
stepped on stage 3 times and did gain a lot of muscle. My last competition was in July 2007 but after that the yo-yoing and low carb and calories took its
