My names Richard I'm 39 and from Brisbane.
This is my second challenge, the first was about 3 years ago.
When I finished my first challenge I was really glad I had done it. I had achieved good results and had put in place healthy habits that I would keep for life.
I also said "that was tough and I dont want to do it again".
So here I am, two weeks into challenge number 2.
I'm not quite sure why I changed my mind but I am sure that with the experience I gained from my first challenge and my renewed determination for this one I will achieve bigger and better results.
I am posting this journal as one more tool to help me stay on track and get the results I want.

Anyway, whenever I complain that my workout reeeeeally sucked, my husband
reminds me that a below-par workout now and then is necessary so that we recognise a totally kick-butt one when we see it.
