I am a new member to the forum and in my 8th week of the BFL challenge. Would really appreciate some feedback on my nutrition and supplement plan.
I am a 33 year old male and have a lean "runners" build. My starting weight was 75kg and my current weight is 74kg. My goal is to gain mass and strength.
My typical day is as follows:
(6am workout)
Meal 1 straight after workout
Mypoplex Deluxe
Phosphagen HP
Glutamine
Meal 2 (10.30am)
Protein pancakes x 2
Meal 3 (1.00pm)
Usually something like:
120g lean beef / chicken
salad
2/3rds cup of rice
Meal 4 (4.00pm)
125g cottage cheese
4 x ryvita wholewheat crackers
Meal 5 (7.00pm)
Similar to lunch
Meal 6 (9.30pm)
Mypolex Lite Bar
EAS Whey protein with water
Phosphagen HP
Glutamine
Any tips/ suggestions would be much appreciated.
